Join me, your Congressman Shri Thanedar, for a Congressional Update on what my office is doing to resist Trump and Elon's actions and policies that are dismantling federal services!

In November, voters exercised their right to choose their leaders by electing 435 Representatives, 100 Senators, and a President—Elon Musk wasn’t on that ballot. Still, President Trump chose to appoint an unelected billionaire who now influences national security, federal spending, and government hiring.

Now, Democrats in Congress are challenging this move, and I’m committed to explaining how their actions will work for our community. I also want to hear your concerns so I can understand which issues impact our neighbors the most.

Join me for a townhall in Detroit's North End neighborhood.  An RSVP is required for attendance at all in-person town halls. All townhalls are first-come first-serve and you may be turned away if we have exceeded the venue's capacity limits due to safety reasons. However, all townhalls will be broadcast on Facebook Live, and you are welcome to participate in the conversation there if you cannot attend in-person!
